If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Across Fields Studio, LLC, 675 Southwood Ln. Windsor, CO 80550.
- Service refers to the Website.

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods are undamaged and in the same condition in which You received them
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- Any supply of Goods or artwork made to custom specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded and discounted or sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Digital Downloads
Given the nature of downloadable/digital items, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on these purchases. If you would like to request a refund or credit for a digital purchase, please email us at acrossfields@gmail.com.
We will assess each digital purchase refund or credit request individually based on each situation and will proceed based on facts specific to the request. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
- you have changed your mind about an item;
- you bought an item by mistake;
- you ask for goodwill; or
- you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you buy them to avoid this situation).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to you in the original method of payment. If you paid with a credit card, we will credit back the refund on that original credit card. If you paid with a gift certificate, we will issue a new gift certificate in the appropriate amount.
SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days unless specifically stated otherwise (in the case of a special event, etc). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If there is any discrepancy -/+ we will let you know via email.
- All prints are handled with the utmost care and delight and packaged beautifully in paper or a plastic sleeve.
- Prints 11×14 and smaller are mailed in a sturdy flat mailer while prints 16×20 and larger are rolled and mailed in a thick tube.
- Shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail or Priority Mail.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Please contact us specifically if you would like to request overnight delivery: acrossfields@gmail.com
I do ship internationally on a case-by-case basis, but cannot take responsibility for additional charges from border fees, duties, handling fees, or other fees that may be charged by other countries. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
My Across Fields Studio ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Across Fields Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Across Fields Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy
