The calm, level-headed stance of his captain in the face of the wind and waves calmed the sailor, and even as anxiety loosed its grip on him, the sailor increased his grip on the wheel — he would be steady, his grip would remain firm, he would stand in the face of fear and anxiety, and he would stay the course.

• Machine wash on cool setting.
• Wash shirt with similar colors.
• Tumble dry on a low setting or hang dry (I definitely recommend air-drying–the garment will last much longer and retain its quality!)
